I didn’t get my sign-in code

Codes come from codes@labwhistle.com and work for 10 minutes. Check your junk folder and that your email address is spelled right, then ask for a new code.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings › Account › Delete account. It happens straight away. The privacy policy explains what’s deleted.

A join link opened a web page instead of the app

Install the app, then tap the link again, or type the code from the page into the Join screen.

How do I get my season pass back on a new phone?

Sign in with the Apple ID you bought it with, then in the app’s Settings tap “already bought it? restore your season pass”.

Where is my progress saved?

Only on your phone. Deleting the app, or “reset all progress” in Settings, removes it.

How do I stop the morning reminder?

Turn reminders off in the app’s Settings, or in your phone’s Settings › Notifications.
